Client Relations

Victoria Marr is de Groots Client Relations Manager. It is Victoria who has the responsibility of looking after our clients from point of contact to determination, ensuring that all their queries, concerns and legal requirements are addressed in a timely, ethical and effective manner.

A friendly and approachable individual, Victoria joined de Groots in 2007 having had a background in both health and marketing. She now assists the Firm in building enduring customer relationships by making sure that each and every client receives the exceptional and personalised service that has earned de Groots its pre-eminent reputation.

In addition to her client relations and marketing responsibilities, Victoria is also heavily involved with the Firm's community interest projects.
