Jeremy was admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales in 1977 and has practised extensively in all areas of wills and estate planning, estate administration and estate related litigation, as well as in commercial transactions and litigation generally.
Jeremy became an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates Law in 1995 and since 1999 has been a member of the Wills and Estates Law Advisory Committee for the Law Society of New South Wales Specialist Accreditation Board and also of the Law Society's Elder Law and Succession Committee.
Jeremy regularly presents papers on wills and estate related topics and has been called upon to give expert evidence in disputes relating to wills and estates.
Jeremy is also a Public Notary in New South Wales.
