Prue is an associate with de Groots Wills & Estate Lawyers, Brisbane working predominately in estate litigation and administration.
She was admitted as a solicitor in 2002 after completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts at the University of Queensland.
Prue has a background in Succession Law and Commercial Litigation. Prue has spent 2 years working in a niche Construction Law firm in London.
During her time at de Groots, Prue has spoken at seminars for the Caxton Legal Centre, QInvest and other superannuation bodies and trustees. Prue also presented at the de Groots 2006 and 2007 Road Show and provide specialist advice for various institutions.
Prue has recently completed the Bond Mediators' Course and has commenced her Master's degree.
Prue feels passionate about assisting people through the difficult issues often associated with estate litigation with empathy and compassion.
