Our Special Counsel, Dr John de Groot and Kate McQueeney, one of our Associates, have recently co-authored the Australian Chapter of "International Succession" 3rd Edition Oxford Press (2010).

Designed to give a plain English overview of succession law around the world the book covers the same topics for each of the countries included.  One of our support staff commented "I can actually understand what you are talking about!".  So we think our chapter at least has achieved what it was designed to do.
