Simon is a Senior Associate of the firm who specialises in estate litigation. Simon holds a Bachelor of Law / bachelor of commerce.

Simon has practised predominately in litigation since his admission in 2002. Over the last decade he acted in respect to numerous contested estates, including:
1. family provision claims;
2. will rectification claims;
3. wills disputed on the basis of capacity and/or alleged suspicious circumstances; and
4. disputes between beneficiaries as to inter vivos gifts made during the deceased’s life time.

Simon is an accredited specialist in commercial litigation and has acted in respect to numerous large and complex commercial disputes. He has experience in appeal level litigation including to the NSW Court of Appeal, the Full Court of the Federal Court and the High Court.

Simon’s commercial background and extensive litigation experience is invaluable in understating the often complex commercial arrangements involved in disputed estates and identifying the appropriate strategies to achieve a successful resolution.
