Tanya has over 10 years experience in estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation.
Tanya works closely with her clients and their accounting and financial advisers to develop bespoke estate plans to suit their individual circumstances.
Her experience in litigation and disputes is varied and includes family provision/testator family maintenance claims and other estate related litigation such as the removal of an executor.
Tanya has experience in probate matters including applications that take the usual course or are contentious, such as informal or lost wills.
Her experience in these areas and also in relation to tax, superannuation and trusts, strengthens her estate planning work and helps her to identify the potential pitfalls and minimise or protect against the risk of challenge.
Tanya is a Member of the Law Institute of Victoria, Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners and the Tax Institute.
