Elizabeth is a highly regarded succession lawyer who specialises in estate litigation. Elizabeth leads our Litigation team and works closely with executors, trustees, administrators and beneficiaries to assist them to reach a resolution in disputes over the interpretation of wills and the adequacy of provision made.
Elizabeth was recognised by legal benchmarking website, Doyle’s Guide, as one of Queensland’s Recommended Wills and Estates Litigation Lawyers for 2020.
Elizabeth holds a Masters in Wills and Estate Law. Her breadth of experience has been gained through more than 30 years experience in advising and working with her clients in areas including family provision applications, challenging the validity of wills, or the testamentary capacity of testators.
Elizabeth spent nine years as a Barrister and nine years as a solicitor in New Zealand before being admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 2002. Elizabeth has acted in high profile cases in the Supreme Court in Queensland.
Elizabeth is a member of Queensland Law Society (QLS), Society of Trust, the Australia China Friendship Society and the Australian Institute of International Affairs.
